New Delhi. Microsoft may launch their new Surface laptop on November 9 at its education event. Microsoft is making these laptops especially for students to take the Surface Laptop series forward. It is said that this laptop will be smaller than the current Surface Laptop Go.
Microsoft codenamed the device ‘Tenzin’. It is said that the display of this laptop will be 11.6 inches. This small display can be given a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. According to the information received, this laptop can be given 8GB RAM. It may have Intel’s Celeron N4120 processor. It can get a full-size keyboard and trackpad with a USB-A port, a USB-C port, a headphone jack and a barrel-style charging port.
Microsoft wants this laptop to play an important role for students sitting in the classroom. In this effort, the price of this laptop will be kept as low as possible. To keep prices low, the company has provided the exterior with full plastic. Microsoft Windows 11SE will be offered on this device.
What could be the price
Currently, this laptop may be the lowest in the Surface lineup, which will also be below the Surface Laptop Go. It is understood that the price will be $ 400, which is about 30 thousand rupees. Only if it is launched in the market around this price will it be able to compete with the Chromebook. While many other laptops are also on the market for students, Chromebook is a natural competitor to Microsoft.
Full details of Windows 11 SE are not yet available, but if it is to work like ChromeOS, its features should be quite good. It is not yet known if Windows 11 SE will be available only for the Surface Laptop SE or for other brands such as HP, Dell and Asus.
